How It Works

Walk-in customers who pay cash at the desk pay only the base rate with no card processing fee. Need a late pickup? Transit and Easy Day bookings can add the Plus option to extend same-day collection until 10:00 PM.
Luggage Storage Near Chiang Mai Airport, Plus Airport Delivery
Storage options inside Chiang Mai Airport are limited, and hauling your bags out to the airport just to store them there defeats the purpose. Our Changklan Road offices are only a 10 to 15 minute drive (about 4 km) from CNX, so the smarter routine is: store your bags in the city, enjoy your last day hands-free, and collect on the way out.
And if you would rather not come back at all, we offer something most storage services do not: luggage delivery to Chiang Mai Airport. For an additional fee, our team arranges transport of your stored bags to the airport at a time you agree with our staff. You simply meet our driver at the arranged time and spot at CNX, show your claim ticket, and collect your luggage right before check-in. Arrange it at the desk or via WhatsApp or LINE, ideally a few hours in advance, and our staff will confirm the fee based on your bags and timing.
Arriving by Train or Bus?
Chiang Mai Railway Station and the Arcade Bus Terminal are both a short 10 to 15 minute ride from our offices. If you arrive on the night train from Bangkok hours before check-in, drop your bags with us first, then walk into the Old City for breakfast and temples instead of babysitting a backpack.
