Luggage Storage in Chiang Mai

Both options are available! Walk-ins are welcome at both of our Chiang Mai locations during staff hours (7:30 AM - 8:30 PM). To speed up your check-in, scan the QR code at our reception desk to fill in your details on your phone. Booking online in advance guarantees availability during busy periods and gives you instant email confirmation.

The ฿20 fee covers credit card processing charges from our payment provider. To avoid this fee, simply pay cash when you arrive at the office. Walk-in customers who pay cash pay only the base storage rate with no additional fees.

We accept backpacks, suitcases, duffel bags, and most travel luggage including bicycles and sports equipment. We cannot store perishable items, hazardous materials, or high-value items like jewelry, electronics, or important documents. Each bag is photographed at check-in for security.

We have two locations on Changklan Road in the heart of Chiang Mai: The Astra Condo (107 Changklan Road) and Astra Sky River (198 Changklan Road). Both are near the Night Bazaar, within walking distance of temples and markets.

Absolutely. All luggage is stored in secure, monitored areas with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. We photograph each bag at check-in and provide you with a unique claim ticket number. Our storage areas are accessible only to staff, and you need your receipt or booking reference for pickup.

Staff are on-site from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM for check-in, check-out, and assistance. Pickup outside office hours is available by arrangement, please contact us or visit one of our offices to set it up.

Yes, you can retrieve items from your bags during staff hours (7:30 AM - 8:30 PM). Just bring your receipt or show your booking confirmation email. There is no extra charge for accessing your stored luggage.

Pricing depends on the storage location, bag type (standard, oversize, or bulky), and duration. You can see exact prices when you book online or ask at the office. We offer same-day, daily, and monthly rates with discounts for longer stays. Pay cash at the office to avoid the ฿20 online payment fee.

Extending is easy! You can extend online using the link in your confirmation email, contact us via WhatsApp or LINE, or simply visit the office. Extensions are charged at the daily rate and can be paid by cash or card.

No problem! We can look up your booking using your email address or phone number. For security, we may ask to verify your identity and confirm details about your stored items. Contact us before pickup so we can prepare your luggage.

Luggage storage fees are non-refundable once check-in has been completed. For online bookings cancelled before check-in, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Storage extensions are also non-refundable once confirmed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
