Luggage Storage in Chiang Mai

Both options are available! Walk-ins are welcome at both of our Chiang Mai locations during staff hours (7:30 AM - 8:30 PM). To speed up your check-in, scan the QR code at our reception desk to fill in your details on your phone. Booking online in advance guarantees availability during busy periods and gives you instant email confirmation.

Yes. Staff hours start at 7:30 AM, but if your bus or flight gets you in early, we can arrange drop-off from 6:00 AM at no extra charge. It just needs to be scheduled in advance: message us via WhatsApp or LINE (or note it when you book online) so our staff are there to receive your bags.

Card payments include a small processing fee, shown at checkout, that covers the charges from our payment provider. To avoid it, simply pay cash when you arrive at the office - walk-in customers who pay cash pay only the base storage rate with no additional fees.

We accept backpacks, suitcases, duffel bags, and most travel luggage including bicycles and sports equipment. We cannot store perishable items, hazardous materials, or high-value items like jewelry, electronics, or important documents.

We have two locations on Changklan Road in the heart of Chiang Mai: The Astra Condo (107 Changklan Road) and Astra Sky River (198 Changklan Road). Both are steps from the Night Bazaar, a short walk from the Ping River and Anusarn Market, about 15 minutes on foot from Tha Phae Gate and the Old City, and roughly a 10-15 minute drive from Chiang Mai Airport (CNX), the train station, and the Arcade Bus Terminal.

Our two storage locations on Changklan Road are about a 10-15 minute drive (roughly 4 km) from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), ideal if you want to explore the city luggage-free before a flight. Even better: you do not have to come back for your bags. For an additional fee we can deliver your luggage to the airport at an agreed time, where you meet our driver and collect it. Yes! If you would rather head to the airport hands-free, we offer luggage delivery to Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) for an additional fee. Store your bags at either office, agree on a meeting time with our staff, and our driver will be waiting at the airport with your luggage at the arranged time. Just show your claim ticket to collect it. Arrange the delivery at the desk or via WhatsApp or LINE, ideally a few hours in advance; our staff will confirm the fee based on the number of bags and your timing.

Absolutely. All luggage is stored in secure, monitored areas with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Each bag gets a unique claim ticket number, and our storage areas are accessible only to staff. You need your receipt or booking reference for pickup.

Staff are on-site from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM. For Transit and Easy Day bookings, add the optional Plus late-pickup option (+฿20 per bag) at booking - or later via the receipt link - and you can collect via self-service until 10:00 PM. Overnight bookings naturally cover late pickups (24 hours from check-in). For collection after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance to arrange.

Yes, you can retrieve items from your bags during staff hours (7:30 AM - 8:30 PM). Just bring your receipt or show your booking confirmation email. There is no extra charge for accessing your stored luggage.

Prices start from ฿80 per standard bag. Pricing depends on the storage location, bag type (standard, oversize, or bulky), and how long you store. We have four tiers: Transit (short stays of up to 3 hours, perfect for a coffee or shopping run between hotel checkout and pickup), Easy Day (same-day pickup by 8:30 PM), Overnight (per night, 24 hours of storage from your actual check-in time), and Monthly for stays of 30 days or more. For Transit and Easy Day, you can add the optional Plus late-pickup option (+฿20 per bag) to extend pickup until 10:00 PM. You can see exact prices when you book online or ask at the office. Pay cash at the office to avoid the small online card processing fee.

Extending is easy! You can extend online using the link in your confirmation email or on your receipt, contact us via WhatsApp or LINE, or simply visit the office. Extensions are billed at the overnight rate per additional night and can be paid by cash or card. If you need to pick up after 8:30 PM but still on the same day as a Transit or Easy Day booking, you can also add the Plus late-pickup option (+฿20 per bag) instead of paying for a full extra night.

No problem! We can look up your booking using your email address or phone number. For security, we may ask to verify your identity and confirm details about your stored items. Contact us before pickup so we can prepare your luggage.

Online bookings cancelled before check-in are refunded in full, minus the small online payment fee (which covers the card processing cost). Once your bags are checked in, storage fees are non-refundable, and storage extensions are non-refundable once confirmed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
