Frequently asked questions
Doors open at 17:00 and the first bout starts at 18:00. Come a little early so you have time to find your seat and see the Wai Khru ritual before the first fight.
Singha Ringside (sections 3 to 7) is right around the ring and closest to the fighters. Club Class (sections 8 and 9) is a little higher, with a clear view of the ring. The LEO Section (section 10) sits near the area where local fans place their bets, so it is loud and lively.
Five-round fights are the traditional format: the fighters start slower and build their tactics round by round. Three-round fights are shorter, so the pace is faster from the start. On Sunday you see both.
The stadium is at 8 Rajadamnern Nok Road in central Bangkok. The stadium suggests taking the BTS Skytrain to Ratchathewi or Victory Monument, or the MRT to Sam Yot, and then a short taxi ride. Boats stop at Talad Bobae pier and Panfa Leelard pier nearby.
There is no strict dress code. Light, comfortable clothes are best, because Bangkok is warm in the evening.
Yes, cameras are allowed. During the Wai Khru ritual before each fight, please stay quiet and watch, as it is a sacred moment for the fighters.
