Phuket King Muay Thai is a friendly training gym in Kathu, between Patong and Phuket Town. Here you do not just watch Muay Thai, you learn it. Classes are open to everyone, from complete beginners to people who already train.

Experienced Muay Thai coaches take you through the basics: punches, kicks and simple combinations, with pad work and conditioning to build fitness, strength and coordination. You train alongside other visitors from around the world, and training equipment is available at the gym, so you do not need to bring your own gloves.

There are classes in the morning and in the late afternoon and evening, so you can fit one around your day. Choose a single Group Muay Thai Class to try it out, or the 1 Week Muay Thai Group Classes if you want to train regularly during your stay in Phuket.
