Frequently asked questions
The park decides by height, not age, and checks it at the entrance. Children under 90 cm enter free, children from 90 to 120 cm need a child ticket, and anyone 120 cm or taller needs an adult ticket. Please book the band that matches your child, because a wrong band has to be corrected at the gate.
The park is open every day from 10:00 to 19:00. Your day pass lets you enter at any time during opening hours and stay until closing.
Yes. A life jacket is included with your ticket, and you must wear it whenever you are on the water.
Yes. The giant slides are for guests aged 15 and over, and the high jumping platforms are for guests aged 18 and over. Younger children can enjoy the kids zone and the rest of the park.
No. Outside food and drinks are kept at the entrance and given back when you leave. The Copper Canyon Cafe in the park serves Thai and international food, including halal options.
The park is in Hang Dong, about 30 minutes by car south of Chiang Mai city, with free parking opposite the entrance. You can also add the Red Truck hotel transfer when you book: it picks up within 3 km of the Old Town, and you can take any return truck at 15:00, 17:00 or 19:00.
Wakeboarding is for guests over 6 years old, taller than 120 cm and up to 100 kg. Choose the Day Pass + Wakeboard ticket for a 1-hour session, and book early because places are limited.
