Frequently asked questions
Yes. Pickup from hotels inside Chiang Mai city is included and starts at 08:00. Hotels outside the city can be collected for a surcharge, and a private transfer instead of the shared van costs extra.
No. This is a walking programme: you feed the elephants, walk beside them on the trail and bathe them in the river.
Children can join. Ask us about children before booking, as there is no separate child ticket online.
The camp lends you mahout clothing for the activities. Wear sandals, flip-flops or water shoes, and bring a full change of clothes because you will get wet and probably muddy. If you have sensitive skin, wear thin trousers or leggings under the mahout clothing.
The programme runs with small groups of up to 12 guests.
