The total is around eight hours of hiking, with about five of them on the second day. You need to be reasonably fit and used to walking in heat.
The first night near a hill tribe village and the second in a jungle camp. Both are simple, with a small sleeping bag provided.
Seven meals across the three days, plus tea and coffee, are included. Bring some small cash for anything extra.
Buddy Tours stores what you do not carry. A backpack is provided for the trek itself.
