This full day west of Chiang Mai combines time with elephants, a colourful limestone cave and a gentle float down a jungle river. You are picked up from your hotel between 7:30 and 8:00, and the whole day lasts about 10 hours.

The morning starts at Elephant Fun Farm. Here you observe the elephants, feed them and take photos. Then there is a break for a local Thai lunch.

Next is Mae Sap Cave, also known as the Rainbow Cave. Inside, bands of red, yellow, white and grey minerals run through the rock, among stalactites and stalagmites. To finish the day, you float about 2.5 km down the Samoeng River on a tube, past forest and mountain views. Bring clothes that can get wet and something dry to change into.

Round-trip transfers, a guide, the activities, equipment and insurance are included, so you can simply enjoy the day.
