Frequently asked questions
Yes. The spa's car picks you up free of charge from hotels in the Old City area and brings you back afterwards. Enter your hotel name and room number at checkout and be at the pickup spot about 30 minutes before your treatment time. Staying further out? Message us before you book and we will ask the spa.
Yes. The spa takes a preference for a female therapist, a male therapist or no preference. Write it in the Special Requests box at checkout and we pass it on with your booking.
Yes. Tell your therapist at the start whether you want light, medium or strong pressure, and say so during the massage if it should change. The deep tissue massages are the firm ones from the start.
Yes. The spa has couple rooms as well as single rooms, each with its own shower. Book everyone in one booking, and add a note in Special Requests that you would like to share a room.
You can use the shower in your room, guests are usually offered tea and a small sweet, and the spa drives you back to your hotel in the Old City.
The spa is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Pick any start time from 10:00; the last treatment starts at 21:00. Book by 20:00 the day before; for a same-day visit, message us and we will check with the spa.
The program takes about 90 minutes and the drive to Chiang Mai Airport about 15 minutes. Finish at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and earlier for an international one; if in doubt, start earlier.
Bring it along. The car picks you up with your luggage, it stays at the spa during your treatment, and it travels with you to the airport.
Yes. The drop-off at Chiang Mai International Airport is part of the program, as is the pickup from your hotel in the Old City.
